This website describes our services, lets you submit support requests, and hosts a public Knowledge Base of troubleshooting guides. Submitting a ticket starts a conversation — it does not by itself create a service contract. Paid engagements are agreed separately, with scope and pricing confirmed before work begins.
2. Knowledge Base disclaimer
Our troubleshooting guides and articles are provided "as is," for general informational purposes, without warranty of any kind. Technology environments vary; a step that is safe in one setup may cause problems in another. You follow the guides at your own risk. When in doubt — especially with anything involving data, backups, or account credentials — stop and open a ticket instead.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit tickets containing malicious code, spam, or unlawful content
- Include passwords or credentials in ticket submissions
- Attempt to access administrative areas, other users' data, or non-public parts of the site
- Use automated tools to flood or disrupt the site
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, guides, graphics, and the Ruha Solutions name and hourglass logo — is the property of Ruha Solutions LLC and protected by copyright. You may link to and reference our guides; you may not republish them wholesale without permission. Third-party product names (e.g., Microsoft 365, Outlook) are trademarks of their respective owners; their use here is descriptive only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruha Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its content, including data loss resulting from following published guides.
